She loved to spend quiet time at Red Rock and it was along this very beach that she healed a little boy of clubbed feet. From her lifelong study of the Bible came her best selling “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures\,” first published while living at 8 Broad Street in 1875. \nThe Reading Room is located inside First Church of Christ\, Scientist. This setting also includes a peaceful and comfortable place in the church pews for those looking for some quiet time. \nCurrently\, Reading Room hours are Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday afternoons from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Please call if you cannot make any of these times and we will try to make other arrangements where possible.
